  • Product Guaranty

    Producing premium school bags and accessories since 1944, LYCSAC has won people's trust for high quality bags. Trusting the quality of our products, every bag is covered with LYCSAC two year guaranty. LYC SAC guarantees that the product you have purchased is in excellent condition. We provide 2 years warranty in all LYC SAC products. The purchase receipt is required. Any technical problem will be tested by the company, which will decide if the product requires replacement or repair. The sides mesh pockets are excluded from the guaranty. Transportation costs are charged to the sender. Excluded:Misuse, normal wear out, burning, technical way tearing.

  • Conditions

    All our products are covered by the LYCSAC 2 year guaranty. In order the guaranty to be valid you have to provide the receipt of purchase. No receipt is necessary for products in current collection

  • What is covered

    LYCSAC guaranty covers: all products are guaranteed against normal defects in materials and/or workmanship likes seams, zippers, malfunction of the wheeling system or the handle in the trolley bags

    LYCSAC guaranty does not cover: any problem caused to bad use of the product such as torn side pockets, tire or cut in the fabric, burn, overloading, normal worn of the material, products washed in the washing machine and any other problem caused to bad or unappropriated use of the product

    Travel items, pencil cases, pencil pouches and its containters are not covered by the guaranty. You will find more details with pictures showing which defects are covered by our guaranty and which defects are not covered here

  • Procedure

    The procedure that is followed when a product is covered from the guaranty:The final consumer contacts us at desk@lycsac.gr sending:

    Proof of purchase

    Having seen the pictures our guaranty department will contact the consumer the next working day informing whether the product is covered or not by the guaranty. In the case that is covered the consumer will be informed if the product can be repaired or it should be replaced

  • Timing

    Time needed to replace the product: 5-6 working days since we receive the email. Time needed to repair the product: 8-10 working days since we receive the product in our offices

  • Products not covered

    If your prodcut is not covered by LYCSAC guaranty we still want you to be happy. We can offer you 30% off to buy a new product or we we can repair the product at a cost (contact us about the costs)
